This Tasca is an institution in Lisbon since 1983. It’s still managed by this lady who’s a grandma now. The place is tiny and lovely and the staff is super welcoming. Try all the sea food recipes on the menu like the grilled octopus, the “special” tuna and the grilled giant shrimps. And even if you’re full after that, YOU NEED TO TRY the chocolate mousse. It’s the owner’s grandmother recipe (and she added some sea salt on it to make it even more special and delicious)
