Cash-only tapas restaurant in a tiny, traditional dining room. This is a nice neighborhood spot, but it doesn't take reservations and it's extremely popular, so be prepared to wait. The mackerel is great.

My number one place in Lisbon. You must make a reservation, so go early when they open their list and put your name down to come back a few hours later. Order the prawns but don’t make the mistake I did and wear all white, you’ll get shrimp on your pants.
