Tips
Chef Cesare Battisti’s much-loved spot by Bosco Verticale brings together Milanese and Piedmontese cooking, a great wine list, local suppliers and a Slow Food Presidium. For lunch, the €24 schisceta menu changes daily, or go for the tasting menu if you’re feeling a little more ambitious, available at both lunch and dinner. Ofc, the risotto alla Milanese with ossobuco is the one. Tip: same owner, different vibes. Head to lively Silvano in NoLo for aperitivo and sharing plates, or Remulass in Porta Venezia for a veggie-focused dinner.
