This stylish canteen and food design studio in Amsterdam-West is a little off the beaten path, but absolutely worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. The seasonal, vegetable-forward menu features items like cornmeal pancakes with spiced roasted apple and sea bream with miso butter beans. The pastries are also exceptional. Oficina also runs the cafe at the Stedelijk Museum, Fonda.
