With just six rooms, this soulful white stone farmhouse surrounded by acres of olive groves is one of the most peaceful properties in Puglia. Designed by star architect Andrew Trotter, it has a rustic-chic farmhouse feel, which is enhanced by the farm-to-table cuisine whipped up by the hotel's chef, Giorgia Goggi. It’s just outside Ostuni, which is not as far south in Salento, so expect a significant drive to many of the best swim spots and restaurants, but it’s more than worth it for a few nights or—at the very least—a special diner.
Came here for dinner, which was a beautiful experience. Would have loved to stay overnight but they book out far in advance. Unfortunately I didn’t love the menu they were serving that particular day, which is always a surprise, but I’d still go again for the ambience (and I’ve heard so many good things about the cuisine, so maybe it was an off day)
