Tucked into the Marais, Eme is the first solo project by Uruguayan chef Nazareno Mayol Curti and GM Mara Ballester. The restaurant operates with a tasting menu that builds directly on the experiences the chef gathered across Argentina and top European kitchens. the food relies on sharp contrasts in temperature, texture, and timing to reduce ideas to their absolute essence. Set in a minimalist, art-filled room, it feels personal and unpretentious.
