Just opened in late October, this cozy farm-to-table spot nestled inside a historic townhouse in Hudson is an extension of Manor Rock farm, known for its mangalitsa pigs (so order anything with pork). The menu is of course seasonally driven, with so many unique dishes. If the chanterelle and egg yolk rice is on the menu — don’t think twice. Oh and the design is absolutely gorgeous. Fun fact: the wooden furniture is made of oak trees from the farm. 🤎 🪵 I can’t wait to return.
