What I’m Packing... in My Antler Trunk Suitcase
• A Dyson AirWrap with a Euro plug that I had to fight (and scam!) my way into ordering from the US • Cecily J. Braden's lymphatic face brush (I’ll use it on flights and arrival car rides to nix puffiness) • Essentials that moonlight as other essentials, like my Liffner pouch, which I use for toiletries and sometimes as a clutch • Between 5-8 button-down shirts (I love the ones from Comme Si). I pack them in my Antler Compression Packing Cubes so I can fit a lot • Aritzia workout clothes and Pilates socks that I never regret having with me, even if my schedule doesn’t always allow for a quick class • My abbreviated supplement stack: magnesium, NAC, omega-3, melatonin, and astaxanthin

GoldenEye’s lagoon villas are among the most romantic places I’ve stayed: mornings spent waking up in a canopy bed, getting into a private canoe docked at your doorstep, and paddling directly over to the spa across the green-blue water. So memorable! The massages were some of the best I’ve ever had, and the staff was refreshingly un-fussy while still being warm and accommodating.

This is Hauser & Wirth’s latest hotel project, set in a town near St. Moritz that has a more local, low-key feel. It offers a great mix of authentic chalet style and outrageous modern art... you can sip licorice tea in front of a stone fireplace with a Louise Bourgeois hanging beside you. It also has a phenomenal, cozy restaurant that people were traveling from all over the region to eat at during our stay.

La Cave Du Centre owner Aaron Ayscough, author of The World of Natural Wine, is an ex-New Yorker who married a French woman and moved his family to Burgundy to be closer to the wine. He cooks and serves the full menu himself—and it’s all so fresh and delicious. We went twice just to get another cup of his incredible duck miso (a hangover fix... he’ll sell you the poison and the cure).

This shop has a brilliant, esoteric assortment of designers, both known and new to me. It’s the kind of dream inventory you’d expect to find in New York or London, but instead it's tucked away in the small town of Sils. The owners also run Giovannoli Sport next door, which offers excellently made independent hiking gear and skiwear.

Set just outside of Paris, this sprawling discount village is stocked with Gucci, Prada, Bottega, and more, with recent-season runway pieces available at really worthwhile discounts. I bought a Loro Piana fur hat and a Gucci clutch, each for about 50% off retail. We drove there, but it’s apparently easily accessible by public transport.

A not-too-far-out-of-town hotel that's reachable by Metro-North and a strong contender for a traffic-free weekend spent catching up on new restaurants and antique stores in Hudson (and perhaps resisting the urge to buy anything that won't fit in your luggage). The on-site spa looks like a good place to kill an afternoon, and the in-room bathtubs had me, like everyone else, screenshotting the hotel into my travel plans.

I’ve done local and off-campus international wellness experiences, but I've still yet to do a proper immersive retreat. From my research, SHA offers most of the biometric testing and health-promoting activities that interest me, plus the space itself is gorgeous.

I've yet to eat at Sotheby's new restaurant inside the Breuer building, designed by local legends Roman and Williams and headed up by Marie-Aude Rose. It got panned in New York Magazine, which has never deterred me, if I'm being honest, and it seems like a fun alternative to The Grill, which is best saved for birthdays anyway.

Owner Chris Kontos is a fixture for me during Paris Men's Week, which he attends and sometimes shoots for his print publication, Kennedy Magazine. We've shared plenty of wine together, but I still haven't made it to Athens since he opened his own natural wine spot. Hopefully this summer, on my way to the islands!

Opening any day now is Pulitzer Prize–winner Nikole Hannah-Jones' literary club-bar-café. It's taking over a remodeled hardware store that spans half a block in my neighborhood of Bed-Stuy, so I've been keeping an interested eye on construction (it looks great so far). There's nothing quite like it in the area, and I can already tell it's going to do a lot to shape the vibe of the immediate neighborhood.
